Berry Fruit Salad
I love making fruit salads because they are easy and delicious! Try this one as a yummy side dish for the 4th of July!
Ingredients:
1 lb. blueberries
1 lb. raspberries
1 lb. blackberries
3 lbs. strawberries
Juice of 1 lemon
1 lb. blueberries
1 lb. raspberries
1 lb. blackberries
3 lbs. strawberries
Juice of 1 lemon
Steps:
1. Wash the strawberries. I like to use a fruit and vegetable wash that I found at Trader Joes. As you wash the strawberries, hull them and lay them on a paper towel to soak up the excess moisture. Then, put them in the bowl.

2. Wash the blackberries and the raspberries. Place them on the paper towel to soak up the extra moisture. You don't need to do anything to the raspberries, just put them in the bowl. Cut the blackberries in half before putting them in the bowl.
3. Wash the blueberries and place them in the bowl.
4. Cut a lemon in half, brush the seeds out (so they don't go in the bowl), and juice the lemon directly over the fruit.
5. Stir the lemon juice in with the fruit. Enjoy!
