Frosted Funfetti Cookies
My husband loves these delicious cookies. You can frost them different colors for different holidays. I frosted mine red, white, and blue for a 4th of July party!
Ingredients:
1 box Pillsbury Funfetti Cake Mix
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1/2 can vanilla frosting
1 box Pillsbury Funfetti Cake Mix
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1/2 can vanilla frosting
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil, and eggs. Stir the mix with a spoon until thoroughly moistened.
2. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place two inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten each cookie dough ball to 1/4-inch thickness.
3. Bake at 375 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool for 1 minute. Remove from cookie sheets and cool for 5 minutes before frosting.
4. Color the frosting and frost the cookies. Pour sprinkles over the frosting and let them cool! Enjoy!
